1. General Policy

Global Alliance Outreach is a nonprofit organization committed to serving the community through outreach programs, events, vendor opportunities, and charitable initiatives. Due to the nature of our services and fundraising activities, our refund policy is outlined below.

By registering for events, purchasing vendor space, or making donations, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Donations

All donations made to Global Alliance Outreach are:

• Voluntary

• Final

• Non-refundable

Donations are used to support community programs, youth initiatives, outreach events, and operational needs aligned with our nonprofit mission.

Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law or in the case of a verified processing error.

3. Event Registration Fees

Payments for event participation, registration, or admission are generally:

• Non-refundable once processed

If an event is canceled by Global Alliance Outreach, participants may receive:

• A full refund OR

• A credit toward a future event (at the organization’s discretion)

4. Vendor Fees (Important Section)

All vendor registration fees are:

• Non-refundable

• Non-transferable

• Cannot be reassigned, credited, or given to another individual

If an event is postponed due to weather, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the event will be rescheduled, and all vendor registrations will automatically transfer to the new date.

No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events.

5. Volunteer Programs

Volunteer participation is free of charge. No refunds are applicable.

6. Cancellations by Participants

If a participant or vendor chooses not to attend after registering, no refund will be issued.

7. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

Global Alliance Outreach is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Venue restrictions

• Public safety concerns

• Government restrictions

In such cases, events will be rescheduled when possible.
