4. Events, Programs & Participation

Participation in events, outreach programs, and volunteer activities is voluntary. By participating, you acknowledge:

• The organization is not liable for minor injuries, loss, or damages unless caused by gross negligence

• Event details (dates, times, locations) may change when necessary

We also reserve the right to approve or deny participation.

5. Vendors & Volunteers

Vendors and volunteers must follow all rules and instructions provided before or during events. Global Alliance Outreach is not responsible for:

• Personal injury or accidents

• Lost, stolen, or damaged property

• Actions of third-party vendors or participants

Vendor Policy:
All vendor fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be given away or applied to another event under any circumstances.

If an event is canceled or postponed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the event will be rescheduled to a new date. Vendor registrations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event.
